Between Four Eyes (B4E) facilitates educational workshops on Mindful Awareness and Social-Emotional Education to community leaders, educators and health-care providers. We are committed to implementing innovative approaches in education that will help develop individuals as caring, ethical, and engaged global citizens capable of providing leadership to catalyze positive societal change.

Our aim is to create a body of educators that can adapt simple mindful awareness practices to foster healthy social and emotional competencies and to strengthen community. Our programs serve as a catalyst for personal transformation by offering accessible and practical life skills that empower individuals to be the change they want to realize in their lives and communities. To participants who are receptive to the concepts of mindfulness practice, B4E provides lesson plans and instructional strategies to step forward the program content to others.

For maximum impact, we recommend that educators and/or community leaders who have completed the B4E Teacher Training establish Mindfulness Ambassador Councils within their respective communities. To learn more, please click here.

According to Emmanuel Ivorgba, founder of Creative Minds International Academy in Jos, Nigeria, and collaborating partner in creating the first-ever B4E Mindfulness Ambassador Council:

"On the part of the students, to whom the future of our nation and the world belongs, the mindfulness skills and practices have developed a new standard of behavioral excellence. The students have hopes to become agents of social change and role models to their peers, to their colleagues in other schools, to their parents at home and members of their immediate communities." - March 15, 2009
